Snorkeling for Antique Bottles at Peggy's Cove!

Snorkeling for Antique Bottles at Peggy's Cove!

The tide was its lowest of the month yesterday, with a height of 0.3 metres. I decided to head back to Peggy’s Cove and try my luck again as its been a couple months now.

The water temperature was 14 degrees celsius and the air was a low four. That said, I was pretty comfortable in the water as I looked around the cove. Notable finds included a Rawleighs ointment bottle from the early 1930s, an antique Glide jar that was used to contain oil or fabric softener and some marbles.
